Add 650ml. water into this mix and whip it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Whip the batter before pouring. Pour the batter in pre-greased moulds of Idli cooker. Steam the batter in Idli cooker for 15 minutes. Serve hot Idli with Sambhar and Coconut chutney.
